The data jobs are split into three categories:

  1. Full Load

  2. Delta Daily Load

  3. Delta Hourly Load (we can configure frequency as per our requirement in Scheduling)

  1. Full Load: This job is intended to extract all data related to the AR Collection Module from the SAP Source System and load it into the Celonis Data Pool. This job should be executed only once to extract the data from SAP. The following jobs need to be run in the order specified below:

    1. AR Collection Full Load Job

    2. AR Collection Global Tables & Views

  2. Delta Daily Load: This job is intended to extract delta changes from SAP on a daily basis and load them into the Celonis Data Pool. The following jobs need to be run in the order specified below:

    1. AR Collection Delta Daily Job

    2. AR Collection Global Delta Daily Job

There is also an option to schedule the data jobs as per their requirement.

    1. AR Collection Delta Hourly Job

    2. AR Collection Global Delta Hourly Job

    Note

If you only have the AR Collection Module, then before running the two jobs above, you must first perform the following:

    • Enable step “31. Dummy Tables Related to Credit Application” in the “A1 - AR Collection Full Load Job”.

    • Enable step “Create dummy views related to Credit Application” in the “A1 - AR Collection Global Tables & Views” job.

There is also an option to schedule the data jobs as per their requirement.
