Add System Connections

After successfully registering the Celonis Agent in your Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) team, you can configure your system connections directly in your Agent list.

Responsible role: Celonis team administrator (supported by server/ infrastructure administrator)

  1. Go to the Agents page.

  2. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the Agent.

  3. Select 'System Connections',

Connecting to multiple systems

You can connect to multiple systems, e.g. you can use one Agent to connect to both your QA as well as your Productive System.

  1. Click 'Create System Connection'.

  2. Select the respective Application to create connection with.

  3. Fill in all required fields to connect to your system.

    Example:

    • System Connection Name

    • Server Host

    • System Number

    • Client

    • Logon

    • Language

    For some system connections, we allow advanced configurations.

    Click on 'Show advanced settings' to view additional optional inputs.

Connecting to message servers

If you want to connect to your SAP system using a message server, please have a look at the advanced settings. You can leave out the application server specification and only configure the message server inputs, i.e. Client, Message Server Host, Message Server Service or Port Number, and Group.

Using load balancing

If you want to use load balancing, please have a look at the advanced settings. You can define the SNC Partner Name, the Message Server Host and Service, the Group and other inputs there. The required inputs might vary depending on your setup.

  1. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the System Connection.

  2. Edit the System Connection.
