App Modularisation

The Procurement Execution Apps are developed in a way that they leverage a single Knowledge Model, which itself leverages a single Process Connector (Data Model + Jobs). This allows you to download specific Apps of interest, and of course to receive updated versions to those Apps from the Marketplace over time.

As more apps are developed for Procurement, they will remain based on the same Knowledge Model and Data Model. This allows you to simply download the new asset once available, and it should work automatically.

As you can see in the above infographic, all the procurement apps leverage two Process connectors (P2P and PR) and two Knowledge Models, one per connector.

Also, you can see that Starter Kit Views depend on the Purchase-to-Pay Connector and on the Purchase-to-Pay KM, which are included in the App package.
