Implausibility example: Error in a KPI
  1. Click Edit and then click the KPI list.

  2. View the broken KPI’s name and identifier.

  3. Copy and paste the identifier into the Knowledge Model field section.

If you get a perpetual load at this point, your Knowledge Model may be faulty. Navigate directly to the KM and try to resolve the issue there.

  4. Click the pen icon to open the full PQL editor; you can now try to identify and resolve the underlying issue.

Your filter may be too restrictive, for example CASE WHEN ‘X’ then ‘Y’ never has any X’s so a null is returned.
