Package Level Variable Updates

Once the AR Cash App is installed, you must define the Data Model Variable and define values for the ‘Plain Text Value’ variables using the steps below.

Data Model Variable

There are two data models we have in Standard Data Connector where one data model contains all the AR Invoices and another one contains only open items. But we must map the full data model (Accounts Receivable Data Model) for the Cash Module.

  1. Click the “Assign Data Model” button.

  1. Select your Data Model from the list.

  2. Click on the save button.

Plain Text Variables

Need to change the plain text value for the “Knowledge-model-key_cashapp”.

  1. Goto Knowledge Models folder in AR Cash Application

  1. Click on the 3 dots in AR CashApp Knowledge Model

  2. Click on the key option and copy key

  3. Click on the edit button in “knowledge_model_key_cashapp” variable

  4. Paste in the knowledge_model_key_cashapp plain text value

  5. Click on the save button

After creation of an action flow we can set these two variables (update_transaction_augmented_url, update_payment_augmented_url ).
