Procurement

The Celonis Procurement Execution Apps measures execution capacity and execution gaps in the Purchase to Pay process in real-time and provides the best-in-class actions to remove these barriers.

Procurement - Getting Started Guides

The Procurement Apps leverage one 'Master Knowledge Model', which should be installed from the Marketplace as a standalone app. This Master Knowledge Model can then be leveraged by all other Procurement Apps. See the guides below to get started:

1) Open Purchase Requisition Processing

This purpose-built app is for procurement specialists and operational buyers. It monitors all purchase requisitions (PR) raised in the underlying ERP systems for indirect materials and will automatically alert users to take action on PRs that aren’t aligned to the procurement strategies and policies. Issues like using the wrong supplier, missing contracts, miscategorizations, and catalog leakage are some of the inefficiencies companies will be able to proactively identify and solve in real-time.

In the Open Purchase Requisition Processing document you will find, from Process Connector and App installation, how to implement the Open Purchase Requisition Processing in your team.

In case you want to use our initial Action Flows, please download them from here. Find more information about Action Flows here. You may also click the link to download the Action Flows PR Optimizer zip file.

2) Process Cockpit App

The Process Cockpit gives business analysts, process owners and process leads a complete overview of their procurement process and will get them started on their process mining journey. The Process Cockpit helps you discover process performances against important business objectives such as labor productivity, supplier reliability, and procurement compliance. It is designed to give valuable insights on process gaps and current performance for the most important Purchasing KPIs, while providing flexibility to customize the built-in KPIs or add new ones as they best fit the business requirements.

In the Welcome to the Process Cockpit document, you will find, from Process Connector and App installation, how to implement the Process Cockpit in your team.

3) Procurement Control Center App

The Control Center is built for procurement heads and executives, as well as data and business analysts. Prebuilt analyses provide key procurement insights to help determine priorities and decisions, identify risks and gaps, and meet targets. Track the performance of procurement over time through customized KPIs such as Spend under management, Perfect POs, R2O cycle time, catalog buying, and others. Set up targets and easily review the execution gaps that prevent achieving set targets.
