We have seen with our customers that they demand to scale beyond localized pilots with a small number of users. We listened, and re-architectured the workforce productivity solution. We now support up to 2,500 concurrent users per project* and on average 6 months of historical data*. With this, you can now expand beyond localized pilots and cover multiple teams or even departments.

Concurrent Task Mining Users: Up to 2,500 concurrent users per Task Mining project and up to ~30,0000 per realm. Rollouts beyond 2,500 are possible in certain scenarios. If required, please get in touch with us.
The average 6 months of historical data is based on 2,500 users sending a typical amount of Task Mining events daily. The exact technical limitation is a maximum of 1.6B events which can be analyzed. So for less users data can be analyzed for a proportionally longer historical timeframe, e.g. 625 users for ~24 months.
