Action Flow modules for Forms
Celonis Platform offers you various Action Flow modules that allow you to interact with Forms. These can be used, for example, to generate publicly available links to existing Forms, to download a summary of data from your Form submissions, or to start a Process Orchestration.
The following Action Flows modules dedicated to Forms are available in Celonis Platform:
Create Public Form Link - create a shareable link to your forms.
Create Public Form Link from Form Submissions - create a new form based on the previous form submissions.
Delete Public Form Link (Action Flow) - remove an existing shareable link.
Get Form Group (Action Flow) - group related forms together and list their submissions.
List Form Submission (Action Flow) - gather all submissions for a given Form in a single, comprehensive overview.
Submit Form Draft (Action Flow) - create a draft version of a Form with pre-populated entries.
