How to add this Action to a Skill?
An email with a pre-specified text is drafted within your email program to contact colleagues, suppliers, customers, etc. e.g. to request further information on an incident.
Choose the 'Email: Open prefilled draft' option.
Pre-configure the recipient(s), the subject, and the text of the email.
