Accessing Celonis Process Manager Admin & Settings
Only users who have the Administrator role in Celonis Process Management can access the admin settings. You will receive an invitation mail with the login credentials of an initial admin user with the provision of your environment.
Signing into Celonis Process Management
Configuring how users sign in to your CPM workspace is an important security setting. When deciding which approach to take, you have the following options:
Standard sign on (default): Allow users to access your workspace with their existing CPM login credentials.
Single sign on (SSO): By connecting your company’s authentication mechanism, your users can log in to your workspace with their existing access credentials. SSO configuration reduces manual account management for your CPM admins and increases the ease of access for your users. We recommend using either SAML or OIDC methods. CPM connectivity configuration
If you want to import activities from the Celonis Platform, you must connect to at least one Celonis data pool first.
