Creating Process Copilots

Creating a Process Copilot involves entering a unique name and selecting the Knowledge Model you want to use for your analysis. Once the  Process Copilot has been created, you can configure it to perform your required tasks by providing instructions and selecting the specific metrics, you want it to use to generate responses.

Prerequisites for creating a Process Copilot

  • The Process Copilot asset has been activated.

  • A validated case-centric or object-centric Data Model.

  • A validated Knowledge Model.

  • User permissions required:

    • Analyst role with permissions to create and maintain a Studio package;

    • Member role to interact with a Process Copilot in a published Studio package.

    Note

    Additional permissions for Process Copilot assets are currently in Private Preview. For more information, see Control analyst access to Process Copilots.

Creating a new Process Copilot

  1. In Studio, go to the space where you want to add a Process Copilot or create a new space.

  2. In the space, open the package where you want to add a Process Copilot or create a new one.

  3. In the panel on the left, click New asset and select “Process Copilot” from the dropdown.

  4. In the Create Process Copilot window, enter a name for your new Process Copilot and then use the dropdown to select the specific Knowledge Model you want to use.

  5. Select the template type to use if you to create a Process Copilot for a specific business object or click Create to design a Process Copilot for general use within the Celonis Platform.

    Note

    Process Copilots can also be configured for use with third party applications by enabling the external API access from the External Use section of the Configuration.

  6. Click Create. Your Process Copilot is created and is ready to be configured.
