How does Routing by attribute work?
When using Routing by attribute, the Signal assignment can be based on a defined attribute of the Signal. For example, an attribute could be countries, if the employees of a department are assigned to requests by countries (employee A always handles requests from countries 1 and 2, employee B handles requests from country 3, etc.).
