Troubleshooting object-centric process mining
This guide has troubleshooting tips and best practices for building object-centric data models. The runbook includes the most common scenarios and descriptions of how to navigate them efficiently.
The Objects and Events dashboard displays any critical issues that you need to fix in order to make your object-centric data model work. The Issues to fix list includes issues that stop you from saving or publishing your model, issues that stop a transformation script from running, and errors while the data model for a perspective is loading. You can expand any item to see what the problem is and use the link to view it. If there aren't any critical errors, we'll tell you that on the dashboard, so you don't have to look through the individual item lists and logs for critical errors.
Troubleshooting data extraction and pre-processing
(Main documentation: Quickstart: Extract and transform your data into objects and events)
I have already extracted data into an existing Data Pool that is not the OCPM Data Pool
I want to pre-process my raw data before transforming it into objects and events
I only want to create objects and events for a limited data scope, for example only one year of data
I am extracting data from multiple source systems (for example, separate SAP instances)
I have not extracted all the tables that are used in the Celonis transformations
