Create a Process Copilot from a Studio View

This feature is currently available as a Public Preview only

During a Public Preview, only eligible customers can access this feature. Additionally, there may be minor updates to the functionality and design of these features when they are released in General Availability.

A Process Copilot can also be created directly from within an existing Studio View. These Process Copilots are specific to the data in that View and do not require any additional configuration steps. These Process Copilots have all of the same functionality but are specific to the data in your Studio View.

Note

Any components in the selected View that reference a PQL statement rather than a Knowledge Model item will not be included in the new Process Copilot.

  1. In Studio, open the View you want to use to create the Process Copilot.

  2. Click the options menu (three dots) and select “Create Process Copilot”.

  3. In the Select your solution window, select “Analytical Process Copilot” and click the Create button.

    The Process Copilot is generated and the configuration screen is shown with all the required sections completed.

  4. Click on any of the required configuration steps to verify your initial settings or make necessary changes.

  5. Use the optional Start Screen section to add any KPIs or create questions that you want to include on the initial screen for this Process Copilot when logging in.

  6. Once you are satisfied with the configuration, click the Go to Process Copilot Chat button in the upper right to begin using this Process Copilot and ask your Process Copilots questions about the data from your Studio View.
