Celonis Process Management

Celonis Process Management features two core products: the Process Designer and the Process Navigator. As the names imply, the Process Designer lets you design your processes and all the elements that come with them. At the same time, the Process Navigator allows others in your organization to consume the content published through the Process Designer.

Creating Celonis Process Management support tickets

Please follow the instructions below to create Celonis Process Management support tickets.

  1. Open the Celonis Support Portal.

  2. Scroll down to Welcome to Support and click Create Support ticket.

  3. Select the type of Support you require:

  4. When prompted to enter a product and service, select Celonis Platform - Process Management:
