Definition

LT > 20% above recommendation

Represents cases where the material’s master data for lead time in the source system is above the recommended LT value based on process mining insights. Celonis recommends lowering the master data (planned value) for lead time with the recommended value.

LT > 20% below recommendation

Represents cases where the material’s master data for lead time in the source system is below the recommended LT value based on process mining insights. Celonis recommends increasing the master data (planned value) for lead time with the recommended value.

Safety Stock Level (SSL) > 20% above recommendation

Represents cases where the material’s master data for safety stock in the source system is above the recommended SSL based on process mining insights. Celonis recommends lowering the master data (planned value) for safety stock with the recommended value.
