Adding Actions to Profile Views

Actions are shortcuts for executing Actions Flows. Once you’ve created your first Actions you can add them in the form of a button to Celonis Platform Profile Views.

  1. Go to your View.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click Edit Mode.

  3. In the Edit Mode, in the upper-right corner, click Select Actions.

  4. Add Action to your Profile View by doing one of the following:

    • Select one of the available Actions to add them to the Profile View and click Done.


      You can select only Actions that match the Record criteria set in the View you’re editing. If you've already created an Action and it doesn't appear on the list of Actions available for the View, it means that the Record criteria set in the Action don't match the Record criteria of the View you're editing.

    • Click Create Action. You will be presented with the same Action creation flow as when you create an Action directly from the Knowledge Model. For step-by-step instructions for creating an Action, see Creating an Action in the Knowledge Model.

  5. Click Done.

  6. Save and exit the Edit Mode.

You've added the Action to the Profile View.
