Troubleshooting: Access to your Celonis Platform

If you are unable to access your Celonis Platform team, we recommend trying the following options in order:

Requesting a new password

You can request a new password for your user profile here: Forgot Password

If you don't receive a system notification from Celonis, you may either be using the wrong email address or your team are using an external identity provider (SSO). If your team are using an external identity provider, please contact your internal IT support.

Finding your team(s)

You can request an email containing a list of your teams here: Find my team

Once received, you can use your team-specific sign-in page to access your account. This will be in the following format:

https://(YOUR TEAM ID)

Contacting your admin(s)

If requesting a new password or finding your teams doesn't work, it may be that your permissions need updating in your Celonis Platform . If this is the case, we recommend reaching out to your Celonis Platform admins and asking them to check your permissions within the team.
