SAP Permissions
There is a minimal set of permissions required for a SAP user to be usable from within Actions Flows. Those can be achieved by assigning the pre-built role provided by Celonis or assigning those exact permissions.
On top, additional permissions are required depending on the desired use case. Please communicate the desired actions you want to perform to your SAP basis team.
RFC permission for the called BAPI (listed below prebuilt action)
Connected user needs to be authorized to do the specific action (permission within SAP system)
