Prerequisites
Before you set up the object-centric version of the Open Purchase Requisition Processing app, you’ll need to enable and configure the Procurement process. Load the object-centric data model with your data, and validate that it’s all working in the standard Procurement perspective. Then publish it to the production environment.
For the steps to connect a source system to the OCPM Data Pool and create objects and events from your data, see Quickstart: Extract and transform your data into objects and events.
For instructions to work with perspectives, see Using objects and events for process mining.
To enable the real-time and operational capabilities of the Open Purchase Requisition Processing app, we recommend bringing in no more than 2 years of data. If any of your tables exceed 30 million rows, you won’t be able to use tasks.
If you need to get help with any of the app’s prerequisites or setup steps, our Support page tells you how.
