Transformation Hub is the centralized hub for tracking your transformation program and quantifying the business impact of Celonis efforts. Transformation Hub allows you to visualize outcomes across processes, objectives and value stages in one centralized place.

Opportunities are sometimes known as value opportunities or improvement opportunities. In Transformation Hub:

  • An abstract opportunity such as "Early Payments" is referred to as an Opportunity Type.

  • A specific, actionable opportunity such as “Early Payments for Germany” is referred to as an Opportunity or Value Opportunity.

Users with an Admin role in a team can access Transformation Hub by default. Users with an Analyst or Member role in a team can only access Transformation Hub if an Admin for that team grants them the proper access permissions. For users to perform specific tasks in the Transformation Hub, the Admin must assign the following permissions:

  • Access Transformation Hub: Admin users can provide Analysts and Members with access to Transformation Hub by assigning those roles the "Access Transformation Hub" permission.

  • Create a value opportunity: To create a value opportunity in Transformation Hub, Analysts and Members need the following:

  • Cloud Celonis Platform with Knowledge Models

  • Both case-centric and object-centric data models supported

  • On-prem not supported

  • Team must be provisioned on Vertica, not MS SQL

Transformation Hub maintains a separate data model to hold value opportunity data and logged KPI data. This separate data model is not accessible from within the team. All data in this separate data model is retained indefinitely.
