4leads (Action Flow)

The 4leads module connects the Celonis platform to the 4leads lead management and marketing automation system. Use this module to automate the lead lifecycle by synchronizing contact data, updating lead statuses, and managing marketing tags based on real-time process signals analyzed in Celonis.
Before you start working with the ActiveCampaig module, make sure you have the following:
4leads account. If you do not have one, you can create a 4leads account at 4leads.de.
To connect your 4leads account to Celonis platform you need to obtain the API Key.
In Studio, go to your package and either start editing an existing Action Flow or start a new one by clicking New asset > Action Flow.
Click Add module and from the list select 4leads.
Create a connection with your 4leads account:
Click Create a connection.
Log in to your 4leads account.
Open Account > _API from the menu on the left.
Click the +New API key button.
Enter the name for the new API Key, set the status to Activated and click the Save button.
Copy the provided API Key and store it in a safe place.
Go to Celonis platform and open the 4leads module's Create a connection dialog.
Enter the API Key you have copied in step 5 to the respective field and click the Continue button to establish the connection.
The connection has been established and you can proceed with setting up the module.
