My Inbox
The My Inbox page serves as the primary operational hub for Action Engine users, designed to streamline how you interact with process-driven insights. It acts as a centralized repository for Signals—intelligent alerts that use real-time data to pinpoint process bottlenecks, compliance risks, or financial leaks (such as duplicate payments or unconfirmed shipments).
Beyond simple alerting, the Inbox provides a structured environment where you can evaluate the business impact of each Signal, collaborate with team members, and execute remediations directly within the Celonis platform or your connected source systems (like SAP or Oracle).
Using My Inbox helps in the following ways:
Prioritization: Instead of digging through reports, the Inbox surface items that require immediate intervention based on predefined business logic.
Accountability: Each Signal is routed to the correct stakeholder, ensuring no process inefficiency is left unaddressed.
Auditability: Every action taken—from "Snoozing" a task to "Executing" a fix—is tracked in the History to provide a clear audit trail of process improvements.
To help you navigate your daily workflow, the Inbox is structured into three distinct layers of detail:
Signal Overview: A dashboard view for managers and power users to see aggregate counts, trends, and the status of all assigned work. See: Signal overview

Signal Details: The execution layer where you view specific data points (e.g., specific Invoice IDs or Vendor names) and perform Actions to resolve the issue. See: Signal details
