Knowledge Models in the AR Collections Execution app
The following two Knowledge Models (KM) are available:
AR Collections: This knowledge model is connected with Full Data Model which contains both Open and Cleared invoices.
AR Collections - Open Items: This knowledge model is connected with the Open Data Model which contains only Open invoices.
Note
These KMs are pointing to the Base KMs stored in the Marketplace. You will not be able to update the Base KM. If you need to make customizations, please copy the IDs from the Base KMs and overwrite them in the KMs accessible to you.
