Add and Assign Tasks

Transformation Center is not only displaying the performance of KPIs of your process improvement initiatives but also assigning tasks to aim at the improvement of the KPIs.

Tasks

To run your improvement project successful you can use actions to assign tasks and initiatives to your team:

  1. Filter: You can filter the action items by done, open, and your personal tasks.

  2. New task: You can create new actions by providing a title and assigning members.

  3. Complete: You can check off the tasks you have completed.

  4. Assign member: Assign the responsible team member.

  5. Edit, delete, change status: You can edit or delete existing tasks or change their status to "Done" or "Open".
