Actions
Celonis provides a number of predefined actions to capture the most commonly identified activities in Inventory Management. Additional actions can be configured as needed.

Action flow to enable automated updating of planning parameters in the source system | Action flows enable easy and instantaneous updating of master data with either the recommended value or simulated value. Celonis’ action flow capability makes it easy to connect with the ERP and update and improve planning parameters with just a click. Planners also have the option to bulk update multiple parameters at a time. |
Task Creation | Collaborate with other stakeholders to steer improvement initiatives. Tasks can be viewed and managed in Task Inbox. All relevant contextual information about the material, KPI, and inefficiency is pre-entered. The user has the ability to enter additional information. Stakeholders can be notified about the task assigned to them via email and instant messaging. |
