Gamification App User Guide
The Gamification App is designed to drive adoption and enhance user engagement within Celonis by utilizing challenges, points, rewards, and leaderboards. It aims to address issues such as enablement, usage complexity and user adoption. By integrating gamification elements like levels, leaderboards and personalized development boards, the app seeks to increase user motivation, engagement, and overall adoption. In order to set up the Gamification app, you must have the Monitoring Platform Adoption App installed.
The app offers a Personalized Dashboard for users to track their progress, a Leaderboard to foster friendly competition, a Task Management & Reward System for assigning and points allocation, and Achievement & Reward System for milestones. It also includes Gamification Admin Functionality for managing tasks and monitoring performance.
