Process Cockpit overview
Process Cockpit is functionality that lets you view and use live process mining data from the Celonis Platform in your Process Navigator process models.
Once a connection to the Celonis Platform has been set up and configured, live data will display in Process Navigator at task and process level. KPIs from Celonis Platform knowledge models can also used in your process models.
Users can enable or disable live data using a toggle in Process Navigator. When enabled, live data from the Celonis Platform displays in both Process Model and Process Journey views at main process, sub-process and task level.
Setting up and configuring Process Cockpit
Note
You must be a Process Management team admin and have a Celonis Platform license to set up and configure Process Cockpit.
Contact our Celopeers Support Center and request a connection to data pools in the Celonis Platform.

In Process Designer, activate and configure a live data connection to the Celonis Platform knowledge model.
Check your live data connection in Process Designer, before making it available to users in Process Navigator.
Using Process Cockpit
In Process Navigator, open a process.
Enable the Live data toggle.
Note
If the Live data toggle does not appear, live data has not been configured for your process.
Select the date range you want to display live data for; this must start after the date live data was configured and activated for your process.
Select the view from the View dropdown.
Live data displays in your Process Navigator view.
