Process Cockpit

Process Cockpit is a functionality that lets you view and use live process mining data from the Celonis Platform in your Process Navigator process models. Once a connection to the Celonis Platform has been set up and configured, live data will be displayed in Process Navigator at task and process level. KPIs from Celonis Platform knowledge models can also used in your process models. 

Using Process Cockpit

To use Process Cockpit, log into Process Navigator and open a process. If live data is configured for this process, it will be automatically displayed as a live data card.

Note

If live data is configured, but does not appear in your process, you will receive a warning message in the bottom-right corner of the screen indicating that no live data is available for the selected date range.

Changing the date range

To switch the selected date range, click on your initials in the top-right corner to open the user menu. Click Live data date range to adjust the range length. By default, the date range is set to the last 30 calendar days.
