As a Celonis Platform user, do I need a Power BI license to pull process insights generated from Celonis Platform into Power BI?

No, a Power BI license is not required to use the Celonis Platform Connector for Power BI. Power BI Desktop is free of charge.

However, a Power BI Pro license is recommended to use the full feature set of Power BI, especially for collaborative work.

How is data security managed for data in transit?

The connection from Celonis Platform to Power BI is HTTPS encrypted.

How do I change the application key to a different one inside Power BI?

Go to Data source settings in Power BI. Click on URL for the application key you want to change. Then click Edit Permissions… and select Edit… to enter a new key.
