The Celonis Assistant is an AI support assistant that offers a conversational chat interface to help in your Celonis implementation in real-time. It is context-aware and has access to public documentation of the platform and latest product guidance. This assistant can provide suggestions on which Celonis products to use, suggest use cases and KPIs to analyze within your data, provide implementation guidance, best practices, and more.

As you begin your Celonis implementation, the Celonis Assistant offers guidance on how to get started, provides best practices for your configuration, and helps to troubleshoot errors. As you prioritize which use cases you want to improve, Celonis Assistant can identify prebuilt solutions that meet your needs or guide you as you build custom solutions on the Celonis Platform.

The Celonis Assistant can be accessed from the main Celonis menu by clicking the Celonis Assistant option.

Prerequisites for the Celonis Assistant

  • Accept the AI Addendum to enable the AI Settings

  • Azure OpenAI models must be enabled in your AI Settings

Use cases for the Celonis Assistant

The following are the types of tasks and assistance that can be provided by the Celonis Assistant based on your questions:

  • Identify which Celonis product best fits your needs based on a description of the tasks you are trying to complete.

  • Check the specifications for individual Celonis products such as prerequisites or required permissions.

  • Review any known best practices for performing specific tasks in the Celonis Platform.

  • Ask for help troubleshooting problems with your existing implementation.

  • Use the assistant to recommend objects and events when building OCDM models.

  • Highlight any previous success stories for other customers using the Celonis Platform.

  • Describe other use cases for the Celonis products that may be of value to your needs.
