A general rule is that customizations overwriting BASE content from the Celonis Platform store and/or adding additional content) should be avoided, if possible, to enable easier maintenance and to ensure that the new updates to the App can be installed without issues. Nevertheless, some parts of the app need to be adjusted to get it working, especially when the data model setup differs from the Celonis Platform store template.
