Using requests in Process Navigator

In Process Navigator, you create a request to provide feedback. A request could be:

  • A question.

  • A change request.

  • An error report.

  • An idea or hint.


When you create a request, an action is automatically created for the person responsible.

Creating requests
  1. In My Overview, hover your cursor over a process or content.

  2. Click Details.

    A pop-up window appears.

  3. In the pop-up window, click Request.

    A Submit request form appears.

  4. Select the request type from the Category dropdown list.

  5. Complete the rest of the form, making sure you include a description of your request.

  6. Click Submit request.

    An action containing your request is added to the Action Center of the person responsible. If you’ve chosen to inform other people too, they and the person responsible will also receive an email.
