Outreach

The Outreach modules allow you to watch, create, update, list, and delete the prospects, accounts, and sequences in your Outreach account.

Getting Started with Outreach

Prerequisites

  • An Outreach account

In order to use Outreach with Integromat, it is necessary to have an Outreach account. If you do not have one, you can create an Outreach account at outreach.io.

The module dialog fields that are displayed in bold (in the Integromat scenario, not in this documentation article) are mandatory!

Connecting Outreach to Integromat

1. Go to Execution Management System and open the Outreach module's Create a connection dialog.

2. Enter a name for the connection and click Continue.

3. Enter your Outreach account credentials to authenticate.

The connection has been established.

Accounts
Create an Account

Creates a new account.

Connection

Establish a connection to your Outreach account.

Name

Enter the name of the account.

Buyer Intent Score

Enter the score given to measure the quality of the account.

Company Type

Enter the company type. For example, public company, private company.

Custom Fields

Add the custom fields for the account. For example, company address. You can add multiple fields.

Custom ID

Enter the reference Custom ID of the account in the external system.

Description

Enter the details of the account.

Domain

Enter the company’s website domain. For example, www.acme.com.

Followers

Enter the number of followers listed by the company on social media. For example, Twitter.

Founded At

Enter the date on which the company was founded. See the list of supported date and time formats..Examples of date format:

Industry

Enter the industry in which the company’s business into. For example, manufacturing.

LinkedIn Employees

Enter the number of employees listed on the company’s LinkedIn URL page.

LinkedIn URL

Enter the company’s LinkedIn URL link.

Locality

Enter the location name where the company is located. For example, New York.

Named

Select whether the company is a 'named' account or not. Only named accounts will show up on the collection index.

Natural Name

Enter the company name. For example, ACME.

Number of Employees

Enter the number of employees working in the company.

Tags

Add the tags for the account.

Website URL

Enter the company’s website URL address.

Owner

Select the account’s owner's name.

Update an Account

Updates an account specified by ID.

Connection

Establish a connection to your Outreach account.

Account ID

Select the Account ID whose details you want to update.

Name

Enter the name of the account.

Buyer Intent Score

Enter the score given to measure the quality of the account.

Company Type

Enter the company type. For example, public company, private company.

Custom Fields

Add the custom fields for the account. For example, company address. You can add multiple fields.

Custom ID

Enter the reference Custom ID of the account in the external system.

Enter the details of the account.

Prospects
Create a Prospect

Creates a new prospect.

Connection

Establish a connection to your Outreach account.

First Name

Enter the prospect’s first name.

Last Name

Enter the prospect’s last name.

Emails

Add the prospect’s email address. You can add multiple email addresses.

Company

Enter the prospect’s company name.

Title

Enter the prospect’s job title.

Timezone

Enter the prospect’s current timezone in the IANA format. For example, America/Los Angeles.

Tags

Add the list of prospect’s tags. For example, interested.

Account

Select the account associated with the prospect.

Owner

Select the owner of the prospect.

Added At

Enter the date and time the prospect was added to any system. See the list of supported date and time formats.Examples of date format:

City

Enter the prospect’s city name.

Country

Enter the prospect’s country name.

State

Enter the prospect’s state name.

Street

Enter the prospect’s street address.

Street2

Enter the prospect’s street address.

ZIP

Enter the prospect’s area ZIP code.

AngelList URL

Enter the prospect’s AngelList’s URL address.

Available At

Enter the date and time when the prospect is available to meet again. See .

Calls Opt Status

Select the option whether the prospect has opted into or out of calls:

  • Opted In

  • Opted Out

Campaign Name

Enter the campaign name with which the prospect is associated.

Company Followers

Enter the number of prospect’s company followers.

Company Founded At

Enter the year in which the prospect’s company was founded.

Company LinkedIn

Enter the prospect’s company’s LinkedIn URL address.

Company LinkedIn Employees

Enter the number of employees listed on the prospect’s company’s LinkedIn page.

Company Locality

Enter the prospect’s company location name. For example, New York.

Company Size

Enter the number of employees working in the prospect’s company.

Company Type

Enter the prospect’s company type. For example, Public Company.

Custom Fields

Add the custom fields for the prospect. For example, the prospect's mobile number.

Date of Birth

Enter the prospect’s date of birth. See the list of supported date and time formats.Examples of date format:

Degree

Enter the degree(s) names the prospect has received.

Emails Opt Status

Select the option whether the prospect has opted into or out of emails:

  • Opted In

  • Opted Out

Event Name

Enter the event name where the prospect is met. For example, conference.

External ID

Enter the custom ID for the prospect, often referencing an ID in an external system.

External Owner

A custom owner for the prospect, often referencing an owning in an external system.

Facebook URL

Enter the prospect’s Facebook URL address

Gender

Enter the prospect’s gender. For example, male.

GitHub URL

Enter the prospect’s GitHub URL address.

GitHub Username

Enter the prospect’s GitHub username.

Google Plus URL

Enter the Google Plus URL address.

Graduation Date

Enter the graduation date of the prospect. See the list of supported date and time formats.Examples of date format:

Home Phones

Add the prospect’s phone numbers. You can add multiple phone numbers.

Job Start Date

Enter the prospect’s joining date with the company.

LinkedIn Connections

Enter the number of connections the prospect has on his LinkedIn profile.

LinkedIn ID

Enter the prospect’s LinkedIn ID.

LinkedIn URL

Enter the prospect’s LinkedIn profile URL address.

Middle Name

Enter the prospect’s middle name.

Mobile Phones

Enter the prospect’s mobile numbers.

Nickname

Enter the prospect’s nickname.

Occupation

Enter the prospect’s occupation details. For example, purchasing manager.

Opted Out

Select whether the prospect is currently opted out of all mailings.

Other Phones

Add any other alternative phone number of the prospect.

Personal Note 1

Add any additional information about the prospect which you would like to mention for internal reference.

Personal Note 2

Add any additional information about the prospect which you would like to mention for internal reference.

Preferred Contact

Enter the prospect’s preferred contact method. For example, email.

Quora URL

Enter the prospect’s Quora link URL address.

Region

Enter the prospect’s geographic location name. For example, New York.

School

Enter the school(s) name the prospect has attended.

Score

Enter the custom score given to measure the quality of the lead.

SMS Opt Status

Select whether the prospect has opted for the SMS:

  • Opted In

  • Opted Out

Source

Enter the source details representing where the lead was first acquired.

Specialities

Enter the details of the prospect’s specialities.

StackOverflow ID

Enter the prospect’s StackOverflow ID.

StackOverflow URL

Enter the prospect’s StackOverflow URL address.

Trashed At

Enter the date when the prospect was deleted in the system. See the list of supported date and time formats.Examples of date format:

Twitter URL

Enter the prospect’s Twitter URL address.

Twitter Username

Enter the prospect Twitter’s username.

VoIP Phones

Add the VoIP phone number associated with the prospect.

Work Phones

Add the work phone numbers associated with the prospect.

Website URL 1

Enter the prospect’s website URL address.

Website URL 2

Enter the prospect’s alternative website URL address.

Website URL 3

Enter the prospect’s alternative website URL address.

Update a Prospect

Updates a prospect specified by ID.

Connection

Establish a connection to your Outreach account.

Prospect ID

Select the Prospect ID whose details you want to update.

See the Create a prospect module for field descriptions.

Sequences
List Sequences

Lists all sequences.

Connection

Establish a connection to your Outreach account.

Limit

Set the maximum number of sequences Integromat should return during one scenario execution cycle.

List Steps of a Sequence

Gets all steps of a sequence specified by ID.

Connection

Establish a connection to your Outreach account.

Sequence ID

Select the Sequence ID whose steps you want to list.

Limit

Set the maximum number of steps Integromat should return during one scenario execution cycle.

Add a Prospect to Sequence

Adds a prospect to a sequence.

Connection

Establish a connection to your Outreach account.

Prospect ID

Select the Prospect ID whom you want to add to a sequence.

Sequence ID

Select the Sequence ID to which you want to add to a prospect.

Mailbox ID

Select the email address associated with the prospect.

Other
Make an API Call

Performs an arbitrary authorized API call.

Connection

Establish a connection to your Outreach account.

URL

Enter a path relative to https://api.outreachio/api/. For example: /search.

For the list of available endpoints, refer to the Outreach API Documentation.

Method

Select the HTTP method you want to use:

GET

to retrieve information for an entry.

POST

to create a new entry.

PUT

to update/replace an existing entry.

PATCH

to make a partial entry update.

DELETE

to delete an entry.

Headers

Enter the desired request headers. You don't have to add authorization headers; we already did that for you.

Query String

Enter the request query string.

Body

Enter the body content for your API call.

Example of Use - List Companies

The following API call returns all the prospects from your Outreach account:
