Getting Data out of Salesforce Without the Celonis Extractor: Workbench
Note that it is always better to go through the standard Celonis Extractors/Process Connectors if possible, so that is only a backup option; using the Workbench tool, users can query, manipulate and migrate Salesforce data/metadata through a UI directly from their web browser. Query results can be downloaded as CSV file, for example, which can be uploaded in the Celonis Platform through File Upload.
